A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
"FOURTH AMENDED JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT" WHICH
~~ AUTHORIZES LYNWOOD'S MEMBERSHIP IN THE HUB CITIES CONSORTIUM.

{ ' WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has requested to .become a member
of the Hub Cities Consortium; and
. WHEREAS, the' Board of Directors of the Hub Cities Consortium has
approved Lynwood's membership; and
WHEREAS, in order to effectuate Lynwood's membership the City
Council must approve and execute the "Fourth Amended Joint Exercise of
Powers Agreement" (JPA);
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Hub Cities Consortium JPA is hereby approved and
,the Mayor is authorized to execute it.
Section 2. That this resolution takes effect immediately.
