A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION, FINDING THAT
CERTAIN RECORDS OF THE CITY HAVE BEEN RETAINED FOR THE PERIOD REQUIRED BY LAW;
FINDING THAT THE RECORDS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AND
AUTHORIZING THEIR DESTRUCTION.
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall has created and maintained records in the public interest.
The records listed in Exhibit `A' which is annexed hereto and made a part of this resolution, have been
retained for the period prescribed by section 50-907, Idaho Code.
The records listed in Exhibit `A' are not longer required for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCCALL, IDAHO:
That the City Clerk be, and the same is hereby authorized and ordered to destroy the records listed on the
annexed Exhibit `A' in a manner and fashion appropriate to the specific documents.
