A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,
SETTING FEES IN CONNECTION WITH DOG CONTROL.
WHEREAS:
1. The recent amendment of the City Code by Ordinance 671 requires that dog
control fees be set from time to time by resolution of the Council; and
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that:
Section 1. The following fees are established:
dog license fees
for neutered male or female dogs: $10
for unneutered male or female dogs: $25
kennel fee an additional $20
Impounding
first impoundment $25
subsequent impoundment $50
Keeping any dog, per day $15 plus
the actual veterinary and hospital expenses incurred in caring for the dog.
A fraction of a day shall be deemed a full day, and a portion of a day in
excess of any multiple of 24 hours, shall be deemed a full day.
Section 2. This resolution shall be effective January 1, 1995; those fees charged prior to
the enactment of Ordinance 671 shall remain in effect until the close of business
on the last business day in December, 1994; 19951icenses may be purchased
during December, 1994.
