A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION, AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF A FACSIMILE SIGNATURE ON CHECKS, DRAFTS, AND OTHER ORDERS OF THE
PAYMENT OF MONEY.
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall is a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho.
The McCall Office of West One Bank, Idaho, N.A. has been designated as a depository for funds of the
City of McCall and the City from time to time issues checks, and other orders of payment from funds
deposited with said depository.
The City wishes to streamline the administration of such checks and orders through the use of a facsimile
signature of the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, that West One Bank,
Idaho, N.A., a designated depository of the City of McCall is authorized, and directed to honor all checks, drafts,
or other orders for payment of money drawn in the name of the City of McCall on its Payroll Account, number
18157020, including those drawn to the individual order of any person or persons whose names appear on as
signer or signers thereof, when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signature of the following:

and, West One Bank, Idaho, N.A., shall be entitled to honor and charge this corporation for all such checks, drafts
and orders for the payment of money regardless of whom or by what means the actual or purported facsimile
signature or signatures thereon may have been affixed thereto, if such facsimile signature or signatures resemble
the facsimile specimens from time to time filed with West One Bank, Idaho, N.A., by the City of McCall, and
hereby continued in full force and effect as amplified hereby.
