RESOLUTION 77-44
WHEREAS the City of Medina's application for Year II Community Development Block
Grant Funds in the amount of $3000 for land acquisition at Medina Morn-
ingside for park purposes, has been approved, and
WHEREAS the Environmental Assessment has been written to include only land
acquistion, and
WHEREAS the City of Medina may now obtain the parcel at little cost, as the
parcel has been declared tax forfeit, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina requests the designation
of the $3000 be changed to upgrading and development of the property
for park purposes.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina the 15th day of November,
1977.
