RESOLUTION NO. 05 -4336
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AUTHORIZING FACSIMILE SIGNATURE FOR THE DRAWING OF
WARRANTS AND CHECKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 37203 the following method is prescribed for
the drawing of all warrants and checks:
All warrants and checks shall be drawn upon the joint signatures of two of the following officers: 1)
City Manager (Interim City Manager); 2) Assistant City Manager; 3) City Treasurer (Interim City
Treasurer); 4) Deputy City Treasurer; 5) Director of Public Services.
SECTION 2. Charles R. Martin, as Interim City Manager, is hereby appointed as an authorized
signer effective April 19, 2005.
SECTION 3. Martin R. Cole, as City Manager /City Treasurer, is hereby removed as an authorized
signer effective April 6, 2005.
SECTION 4. The City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby authorize the City Treasurer
to utilize Facsimile Signatures for the following personnel pursuant to Section 37203 of the Government
Code.

SECTION 5. These signatures are hereby approved for the drawing of warrants and checks.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
