moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77_46
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
Byington Acres
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has adopted subdivision regulations for
the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, Douglas D. and Donna has requested approval of the final
plat of J . Byington and the same has been approved by the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Medina that the plat of Byington Acres is approved subject to
the following conditions:
1. Park fee to be $300.00 to reflPa,ct that a new lot of
2 acres is being created
2. Additional administrative costs not covered by the
$150.00 minimum platting fee shall be reimbursed to
the city by the developer
3. Future owner of Lot 2, Block 1 must obtain an entrance
permit from Hennepin Co. Highway Department.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Arthur Theis , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:
Theis, Neddermeyer, Laurent, Crosby, Reiser
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
