moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 77-47
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
Embrets Addition
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has adopted subdivision regulations for
the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, Spencer L. and Della M'has requested approval of the final
plat of Embrets Addition and the same has been approved by the
Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Medina that the plat of Spencer L. Embretson et uxis approved subject to
the following conditions:
1. Variance from Ordinance No. 163 requiring two acre minimum of high
and dry land requirement will be necessary as there is 1.36 acres of
wetlands and 1.70 acres of high ground.
2. Additional administrative costs not covered by the $150.00
minimum platting fee shall be reimbursed to the City by the developer.
3. This platting leaves a parcel of property to the east landlocked
except for a 10' easement through plat.
4. Engineer will report on drainage and utility easements designated
on hard shells.
5. Park fee as determined by City Assessor is $300.00.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member William Reiser, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Neddermeyer, Reiser, Crosby, Laurent, Theis
and the following voted against the same; none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
