RESOLUTION NO.77-48
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
D,M.E. Addition
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has adopted subdivision regulations for
the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, John M. & Mary C. Lub3has requested approval of the final
plat of D.M.E. Addition and the same has been approved by the
Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Medina that the plat of D.M.E. Addition is approved subject to
the following conditions:
1. Buyer to assume responsibility Of )4g14ading

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Arthur Theis , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:
Neddermeyer Laurent, Theis, Crosby, Reiser
and the following voted against the same:
none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
