PARKING LICENSE
THIS LICENSE is issued to the McCall Christian Fellowship, a religious organization
having a place of worship on Pine Street, in McCall, Idaho, "Fellowship", by the Urban
Renewal Agency of McCall, a statutory urban renewal agency formed in association with
the City of McCall, "Agency," upon the following terms and conditions.
1. Fellowship is authorized to permit its members, invited guests, and others
Fellowship has invited to its services and activities, to park motor vehicles upon the
following described property, while participating in its services and activities:
That portion of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 11, McCall's First Addition to the Townsite
of McCall, which portion lies east and south of Agency's Railroad Avenue Project,
namely the road and bicycle path constructed in the summer of 1997, generally as
described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B entitled Charles R. & Carol L.
Chapman remainder property.
called "Parking Area" in the rest of this License.
2. Fellowship shall remove no trees from the Parking Area or any adjacent rights -of -
way.
3. Fellowship will instruct its members, invited guests, and others Fellowship has
invited to its services and activities, to enter the Parking Area from the alleyway
which lies to the east of the Parking Area. No vehicles shall be permitted to park on
the new road or bicycle path.
4. Plowed snow shall not be stored on the new road or on the bicycle path, nor
immediately adjacent to it.
5. A large native rock identified in conversation by Fellowship may be removed or
leveled by Fellowship if it so desire.
6. This right to park may be revoked at any time.

REMAINDER PROPERTY
A parcel of land being all of Lot 6 and portions of Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 11 of McCalls
First Addition to the McCall Townsite according to the official plat thereof Recorded in
Book 1, Page 28 of Plats, Valley County Records, lying southeasterly of the proposed
realignment of Railroad Avenue, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence, along the westerly line of
Lots 6 and 7,
1) N.08°35'59"E., 38.46 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve on the
southeasterly right-of-way line of said proposed Railroad Avenue realignment;
thence, along said proposed realignment,
2) along a curve to the right having a radius of 210.00 feet, an arc length 150.52
feet, a central angle of 41 °04'04", a chord bearing and distance of
N.64°34'09"E., 147.32 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 9 of said Block;
thence, along the easterly line said Lots 9 through 6 of said Block,
3) S.08°35'59"W., 120.84 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 6; thence along the
southerly line of said Lot,
4) N.81°25'35"W., 122.09 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 11,043 square feet or 0.25 Acres, more or less.
