A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK '
PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION; PROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS
BEING COMPLETE
. WHEREAS; on January 20, 1998,ahe City Council awarded a contract of
~ $62;763.00 to Ortco, Inc.; for the. Lynwood City Park Playground Construction; and
I ~ \ ~ ~ ~ • .
~• WHEREAS, the project started on Apri120, 1998, and was completed on June 23; ~ .
' 1998; and .
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $62,763.00; and .
- ~ WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and"specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the, City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby.. find,,.
proclaim, order and resolve as follows: '
Section 1. That the City Council•accepts-the Lynwood City Park Playground
' Construction, Project.No: 5-5173,~as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
• ~ Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
