A RESOLUTION SETTING REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR MILEAGE
WHEREAS, on occasion, City of Greencastle employees use their personal vehicles while
traveling for City-related matters; and
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle reimburses employees for using their personal
vehicles on a per mile basis;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
Common Council hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to reimburse employees for mileage
incurred on City-related matters and adopts the rate established for reimbursement by the state of
Indiana, as it may be amended from time to time.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council-of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this / 1 day of 06 -WA.,2005.
