AUTHORlZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
T&M ASSOCIATES FOR GENEP~<\L SEWER SERVICES FOR THE 2007
CALENDAR YEAR
\VHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of-professional General Sewer
Se~ices for the 2007 calendar year; and "
WHEREAS, the Borough's Consulting Engineers, T&M Associates, possess the
requisite skill and expertise to provide said services; and
'WHEREAS, T &1\1 Associates has submitted a proposal to provide said sewer
services at a total cost not to exceed $25,000.00; and
Yv1iEHEAS, Ule ivlayur and Council have reviewed said proposal; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be
available for said purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough ofCarteret, County oflv1iddlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the proposal hom T &M Associates for professional General
Sewer Services for the 2007 calendar year at a total cost not to
. exceed $25,000.00, billable in accord~nee with T&M's existing
contraCt with the Borough, is hereby approved.
2. That annexed hereto is a copy of said proposal.
3. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services
contract. .
4. That this award was made pursuant to a fair and open selection
process.

copy of the original on March

And the Boroueh of Carteret, a municipal corporation, having its Principal office at the
Borough Hall, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
As per Resolution Number 07-92.
THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following:
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR SEWER SERVICES FOR 2007 CALENDAR YEAR.
NOT TO EXCEED $25,000.00
According to the terns set forth in the Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in
Resolution.
