March 5th 1945
Regular meeting of the Council.
Mayor Vahlabng presiding and councilmen, Haack- Geerdes-
Luwe and. Okones present. -
Minutes of the last meeting were read and on motion by Luwe
second by Haack approved as read.- motion carried.
The bids on the Grader were opened, and it was found that
O.O.Nederhoff was the highest bidder.
It was moved by Luwe second. by Geerdes that the bid of 0.0.
Rederhoff of $30.00 for the grader be accepted- Motion carried.
It was moved and seconded by Luwe and Okones that the Mayor and
Clerk sign a contract for 16 000 gallons of Road Oil. Motion carded.

It was moved by Geerdes second by Okones that we Oil the Streets
for t he'season If 1945- motion carried.
Treasurers report was received, read and ordered placed on file.
The following Bills were presented, and on motion by Luwe
second by Haack that same be paid. motion carried.
