A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF DEPAUW UNIVERSITY TO REGULATE PARKING
OF VEHICLES UNDER THE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF DEPAUW
STUDENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution 1998-18 was passed authorizing the Board of Trustees of DePauw
University to regulate the parking of student controlled vehicles on the streets of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana in the designated area bordered by Walnut Street on the north, Bloomington
Street on the east, Berry Street on the south, and Jackson Street on the west; and,
WHEREAS, the boundaries of the previous resolution need to be expanded in order to
accommodate several university buildings outside the limitations;
NOW THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana that:
Section 1. Resolution 1998-18 is amended to expand the previously designated area from
Bloomington Street to Arlington Street on Seminary Street.
Section 2. This resolution shall have the full force and effect of law upon passage and
execution.
