RESOLUTION 2006-3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published February 1, 2006 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on February 14, 2006, at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 402 Cumulative Capital Development Fund Amount
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges $ 21,000.00
(Building Maintenance & Repairs-Fire Department)
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Debt. Service: Police Department-P & I on 2006 Vehicles and $ -34;0049 @6 fc
P & I payment on Data Communication Lease) $ 50,000.00
TOTAL for Cumulative Capital Development Fund: $ ,OOO$6-

meeting on this 14`h day of February, 2006.
