RESOLUTION 2006- 5
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published April 28, 2006 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
May 9, 2006, at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 201 Motor Vehicle Highway Fund Amount
Major Budget Classification: 200 Supplies $ 1,800.00
(Office Supplies)
TOTAL for Motor Vehicle Highway Fund $ 1,800.00
Fund Name: 444 EDIT
Major Budget Classification: 300 Services and Charges $ 50,000.00
(City Hall Bond Payment)
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Improvements $ 75,000.00
(Indianapolis Road Project)
TOTAL for EDIT Fund: $125,000.00
Fund Name: 441 City Hall Non Reverting Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Services and Charges $ 10,000.00
(Roof/Skylight Repairs to City Hall)
