A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING-AN AGREEMENT .BETWEEN THH CITY QF LYNWOOD AND
• ~ . RODGERS & MCDONALD FOR' PRINTING SERVICES
~`~ WHEREAS, as a result. of the concern to have ,more. printed information.
• ~ ? ~ disseminated to the Lynwood community, Lynwood 'n Perspective'has been published for f
five years; and
WHEREAS, Lynwood'n_Perspective featurestimely information: about city
services, programs and' events that is beneficial to the entire community; and '
. VVH~REAS, staff has. obtained sufficient price -quotes from. vendors regarding .the
printing of the newsletter; and
WHEREAS, after review of each vendor,. it was determined that. Rodgers. & .
McDonald as the lowest price quote could provide the most efficient and effective service;
and t
WHEREAS, Rodgers & McDonald proposes. to print the newsletter ax a cost not
to exceed $21,296:00 for 12 issues; and
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council.sloes hereby resolve,..order and determine
as follows: ~ .
Section 1. The. City Council elaes hereb~i authorize entering. into an agreement
between the City of Lynwood and Rodgers~& McDonald for printing of the City monthly :
{ ~ newsletter for a total cost not to exceed $2.1,296.00.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
