RESOLUTION 2006- 10
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published May 27, 2006 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
June 13, 2006, at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 444 EDIT
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Improvements
(Franklin Street Phase III) $ 113,000.00
(Albin Pond Pathway) $ 225,000.00
TOTAL for EDIT Fund: $ 338,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 13th day of June, 2006.
