APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Judge in the Borough ofCarteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council ofthe Borough of Carteret that
ALLEN COMBA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Judge, effective March 13,
2007, term to expire March 13, 2010 .
