Lub3has requested approval of the final plat ofD.M.E. Addition and the same has been approved by the Planning Commission; ._ E.rC ^ 'f. NOW, THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina that the plat of D.M.E. Addition is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Additional Administ a�costs not covered by $150.00 minimum platting fee shall be reimbursed to City by Developer. 3. Park fee waived by Council with this platting as subject property has been previously platted. 4. Variance from Ordinance No. 163 requiring two acre min- imum platting.
