A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published July 24, 2006 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
August 8, 2006, at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 100 General Fund
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Outlays
(Police Department Equipment) $ 31,067.00
TOTAL for General Fund: $ 31,067.00
Fund Name: 210 Law Enforcement Education Fund
Major Budget Classification: 200 Supplies $ 2,713.00
TOTAL for LEE Fund: $ 2,713.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 8th day of August, 2006.
