RESOLUTION 2006- 18
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2006-5 AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATIONS TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Common Council passed Resolution 2006-5 authorizing the expenditure of
additional funds from the annual budget, which included the following appropriation;
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Improvements $ 30,000.00
(Parking Lot Improvements to City Hall);
WHEREAS, the parking Lot Improvements listed above have been delayed; and
WHEREAS, the carpet in City Hall is old and in a deteriorated condition, and the City would
like to use the money appropriated for that purpose.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the $30,000 appropriated for parking lot
improvements be used for the replacement of carpet in City Hall.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 12th day of December, 2006.
