A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published December 2, 2006 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on December 12, 2006, at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 426 Cumulative Capital Fire Equipment Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Repairs and Maintenance) $ 10,000.00
TOTAL for CCF Fund: $ 10,000.00
Fund Name: 264 PEG Access Fund
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Outlay- Equipment $ 2,500.00
TOTAL for PEG Fund: $ 2,500.00
Fund Name: 441 City Hall Non Reverting Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Software/Hardware Annual Maintenance Fee) $ 5,200.00
TOTAL for City Hall NR Fund: $ 5,200.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 12th day of December, 2006.
