RESOLUTION 2007- 6
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published April 13, 2007 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Special Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
April 26, 2007, at 6:30 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 441 City Hall Non-Reverting Fund
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Outlays
(Air Conditioning and Heating Unit for City Hall) $ 8,500.00
TOTAL for City Hall NR Fund: $ 8,500.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 26th day of April, 2007.
