A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIA S
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET SCANNED
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and c,��3/D7
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published (date) in the Banner Graphic,
was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on June 12th,
2007, at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 201 Motor Vehicle Highway Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Telephone/Cell Phone) $ 8,000.00
TOTAL for MVH Fund: $ 8,000.00
Fund Name: 101 General Fund

(Re-appropriate refund from 2006 for repairs in 2007) $ 728.00

PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 12th day of June, 2007.
