Mayor Kurtz called the meeting to order at 8:20 P.M.
The meeting was to discuss the handlin' of gas in town which was to be
turned on soon.
The members who were present were:B Erman,Bu.roughs,Robinson,Schulz, h
Widmaier & Wood.
Paul Good of the Greeley Gas Co. spoke to the board about different thi
thingswhich should be in an ordinance to protect the people in town
It was decid, d to read the ordinance which Baton had passed as it had
been taken from several ordinances ih Coloradoand seemed to cover
most of the things neccessary for safety.Several copies were given
out to the board members which they could read over}as they were to
meet again in a week.
Mr.Widmai er told the board how things stood on the drainage water
which goes south of town.The cost of the piping would be about 1800
and the town8s share of the expense was to be # 375.00.which ga ve
them the right to run water from drainage and also any water which
came from a sewer system which they might build or put in.
Wood moved,Rurroughs seconded:To give Widmaier the power to make an
agreement with Dr.Benzell that the tow pay 4 375.00 for him alowing
the town to run their drainage water and also and water from a sewer
system onto his farm.Motion carried upon roll call.
Widmaier moved.Burman seconded: To adjourn subject to the call of
the Ma or.Moion ca ied.

The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Mayor Kurtz to read
the proposed gas ordinance .
Memeb ers °present : Burman, Burrou hs , .fob inso n, Schulz, Widmai er & Wood.
Wood moved,Widmaier seconded:To adopt the proposed gas ordinance
and order it published.Motion carried upon roll call.
There was some discussion about the tile at Harle Hobbs place in
east Ault.It was decided that the Street oc Willey Committee should
lokk Lnto the matter and decided what they wanted to put across the
street/
A man from Baton had asked to be given the pritilege to gather garbage
it town.The board said that it would be alright.
Burman moved, Widinii er seconded:To grant J.H.Pigg a Cemetery deed to
lots 10-11,Sec.13,B1k.2 in the Ault cemetery.Motion carried.
Wood moved,Widmaier seconded:To adjourn subject to the call of the
Mayor.Motion crried.

Regular meeting July 6 1950
Mayor Kurtz calleu the meeting to order at 8:16 p.m.
The members present were:Burman,Burroughs,Robinson,Schulz, r`idmaier
& Wood.
Helen Hall & Henry Weitzel asked for a 3.2 % Beer license as they had
bought Katherine Dillings pool hall.Atter sonde discussion Burroughs
moved, Robinson seconded:To grant Hall & r eitzel a 3.L10 beer license
for one year.Motion carried.
Burman x.oved,Schulz seconded:To renew the 3.2/0 beerlicense of Cliff
White for one year.Motion carried.
Burroughs moved,Schulz seconded:To grant Barabra Rhewoldt & Ivy Uiasuon
a Drug stor liquor license: for the rest of the year .Motion carried.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Jue 6 and t,.ie called meetings
of June 9- 16 were read and approved as read.It was ueoided that the
Gas Co.should pay tne same licenses that the other dealers did.
The clerk was to get record{ienaations for the heating of the town hall
the fire truck room a .a the library.`
The Mayor appointed the follwoing members to serve as examiners for
gas fitters:Wood,Burroughs,Robinson. lie was to see Mr.MoClure of Eaton
about acting as gas inspector for Ault.
Burman moved,Robinson seconded:To grant Wm.Hargis a Ceme rery deed to
lots 9-10-11,B1k.2,Sec.13.Motion carried.
WidmLi er reported that the agreement with Dr.Benzell concerning the town
running their waste water fror_drainage and also any water from . a sewer
system which they might put in, onto the Dr. farm south of town and tat
the Town had paid $ 375.00 for that pr ivilfbge.
Mayor Kurtz had an estimate from an engineer that the cost of a sewer
would be around w 81,000.
