A representative of 8osworth,Sullivan & Co.a bonding Co. of Denver was present and told t_ie board there were- two ways to handle bonds for a"sewer system.Gne was by tax levy and part of the water receipts and another way was to form a sanitation district and tax that district for the costs or the sewer. This last method required a petition to tie curt to, allow them to issue bonds and also it would require that the issue be voted un and none but tax payers could vote on the matter. Should the issue be left to a tax levy, it would require about 18.5 mills extra on the town- tax as of the present,or about 20 %% on the total tax The bonds would _ote in 5000 amounts to oe paiu each year and also, the interest. It was suggested to have a survey made to determine about how much it would cost the town to put in the system out no action was taken.
