RESOLUTION NO. 2007 � CI441.
RESOLUTION APPROVING FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ENTERPRISE PARK II-AIRPORT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle Redevelopment Commission owns property which it recently
subdivided for the purpose of Industrial Development. Said property is commonly known as Enterprise Park II-
Airport Subdivision;
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission is in the process of having plans prepared for the
construction of certain infrastructure that will serve Enterprise Park II-Airport Subdivision, including
storm sewer drainage and sanitary sewer line construction. The estimated cost of construction of the
improvements is $350,000.
WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Development wishes to assist the
Redevelopment Commission in the funding of the project,thereby creating"shovel ready"sites,available O for
potential industrial businesses.
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE Citizen's Advisory
Commission for Industrial Development hereby agrees to disburse$100,000 to the Greencastle Redevelopment
Commission to be used for the purpose of construction of storm sewer drainage and sanitary sewer line
construction for the Enterprise Park II-Airport Subdivision. Said disbursement shall be made immediately
following the Redevelopment Commission's execution of a contract for the construction of the infrastructure
improvements.
