PUBLIC NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 665
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 665, an ordinance pertaining to
minimum area per dwelling unit in
the R3, R4, MR, and MXR zoning
district. The ordinance adjusts the
list of design elements which pro-
vide optional bonus density for de-
velopments within these districts.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
