RESOLUTION 2007- 28
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published September 27, 2007 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on October 9th, 2007, at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 401 Cumulative Capital Improvements Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Server Backup) $ 5,000.00
TOTAL for CCI Fund: $ 5,000.00
Fund Name: 402 Cumulative Capital Development Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Glenview Phase I Street Lighting) $ 16,000.00
TOTAL for CC)Fund: $ 16,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 9th of October, 2007.
