CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 666
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 666, an ordinance establishing
the Meadowview Commons Storm
Sewer Improvement Tax District.
The tax district applies to the prop-
erty within the Meadowview Com-
mons townhome development and
would allow the City to acquire,
construct, reconstruct, extend,
maintain and otherwise improve
storm sewer systems and related
facilities related to the District and
to levy a tax on all taxable property
within the District to finance such
activities.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
