The estimate of the sewer was as follows:1st plan: with a lift
station on the east side and some outside sewers,4 100,000.
2nd planwithout the outside services tuna no lift station,: 90,000.
The date of the meeting and questions were to be mailed to L r.Howe.
Melvin floffner who represented the Lions Club told the beard about
them getting several request to have protection gates put up at
the i1. i. crossing a a highway 14. The clerk had taken the matter up
with the county commissioners and was asked by Carl Magnuson to write
the R.R.Supt.at Cheyenne.his answer had been received and he said
to take the matter up with the government Bureau of Public roads,
the State Highway Dept.and the t.R..He thought the government would
help with the work.on this kind of prote; Lion.
The clerk was instructed to get in touch with tae Gas Co . to see if
it was possible to get an inspector up here to inspect the different
gas installaation: here.
The receipt- of the town for the month of November weseread.
A receipt froLL the State for 4, 21.25 for the 3allard Beer license was
read.A requet from the Census Dept. asked for the date of the
annexation of the la.na to the S.E. of t ne town.This has been asnwerea.

Mayor Kurtz called the meeting to order at 8:10 P.1...
The Members preset were:Burman,Burroughs,obinson,Schulz, Widmaier
and ,00d:
The Minutes of the regular meeting of December 3 were read and
approved.
There were letters from the R. yt. and the highway Lept. about how to
get the protection gate put up at the ..This was left to the
H:_ghway Dept, to take care of.
The clerk read the receipts of the Townn for the month of Dec.
It was decided that the Mayor lookup the plumbers ordinance which
Eton adopted, so that the board would know how to make one rot Ault
