RESOLUTION 2008- 19
410 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,pursuant to notice published August 30, 2008 in the
Banner Graphic,was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on September 9, 2008 at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
Fund Name: 401 Cumulative Capital Improvements Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Website Development) $ 5,500.00
(Access Channel Upgrade) $ 2,260.00
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Outlays
(Equipment) $ 9,350.00
TOTAL for CCI Fund: $ 17,110.00
Fund Name: 444 EDIT Fund
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Outlays
• (Cemetery Improvements) $ 80,000.00
TOTAL for EDIT Fund: $ 80,000.00
Fund Name: 242 Riverboat Fund
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Outlays
(Server at GPD) $ 9,000.00
(Server at City Hall) $ 17,500.00
(Reimbursement Grant for GFD) $ 52,300.00
TOTAL for Riverboat Fund: $ 78,800.00
