These members were present:B$urroughs,Rooinson,sohulz,,idmaier,Wooa. Burman absent. The minutes of the regular meeting of Jan , 2 were read and pprovea as read.Lester Hotaling wno was present stated that the farmers wanted to purchase a truck and place a tank (800 Gal. )on it if the town would store it and kekep it up. This as to be use,.: on country fires.'There was nothing up to the present but they wanted t nnow before they went into the ueal. Wilford Prange reported tat the V..r . r .would help in any program which the town would 'put up in civil defense.Ao action mss taken at the time. Several Bonding Companies askew about bongs being issued but nothing having been done about the sewer there vvas nothing to report to them. The Greeley Gas Co.sent the new rates which were in efa:ect at present. The Hell th Dept.reported t.=iat the test was water was safe. A receipt from the Liquor -ept.was received. A letter from the Mayor of Statoion stated that the engineers Ripple and Lowe had done the sever engineering for that town and they were very well stairaied. Hendrie & Bolthoff sent prices on a 220 electric heater for he west pump house.The board said to oraer it.State Planing Commission ission had asked and had re:,eivea reports on the fin&racial .conditon of the town. The Weld County Credit a ss' n asked for 032.50 for the Auto list of 1901 but the Bo_ rd decided teat they would not get the list this year. The heath Dept.sent a bulliten about different deseases. Y idmaier moved,Wo: u seconded:To grant Sarah Andrews a 3.2% beer license for one year.Motion carried. It was decided to have th front of the town hall paintedsand also a sign painted on it. The truck parking signs were to be repailtec and have the words"Park trucks on side street". Burman,Burroughs,Robinson,Schulz,Widmaier & Wood present. The minutes of the regular meeting were read and approved as read.l'eb.6 There was no report about the extra truck and water tank. A notice of the hearing in court about the sewer system in Ault was read and the date was set for March 27 1901. There were several letters but as there v,,s nothing to be acted upon they were filed. The board decided to let the health ept.take care of seeing .that the dogs have rabies vacination. Schulz moved, tidmaier seconded:To hire Mr.Scinepf as marshal at 200.00 per month plus 20.00 for his car allowance.aotion carried.
