RESOLUTION 2009 -4
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published May 29, 2009 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
June 9, 2009 at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
TOTAL for Riverboat Fund: $ 270,119.00
Fund Name: 242 Riverboat Fund
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Outlays
(Equipment—GFD Fire Truck) $ 218,419.00
(Reimbursement Grant for GFD) $ 52,300.00
TOTAL for Riverboat Fund: $ 270,719.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 9th day of June 2009.
