RESOLUTION NO. 05-4361
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
PUBLIC ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City is committed to the safety of its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City supports working with State of California Office of Emergency Services
and Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City desires to repair damaged public facilities and infrastructures..
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby find, determine and order:
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee, is hereby authorized to take all actions necessary for the
purposes of securing funds and to implement and carry out the provisions specified in the Federal Emergency
Management Agency including but not limited to the execution of applications, contracts, agreements,
amendments, and payment requests.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.

July, 2005 by the following vote:
