Mayor 1':urtz called the meeting to order at 8:10 P.M. Members present
were: Burman, Burroughs, 'Robinson, Schulz, Widmaier. WoodO absent.
Lester Hotaling explained the State Plumbing Code and asked that the
board pass an ordinance requiring that each plumber pay a license of
$50.00 per year. It was decided to have attorney Houthens draw up as
short an ordince as he could that would conferm to the state code.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of May I, which
were approved as read.
Burroughs mewed, Schulz seconded: To grant waiter H. Bailey a deed
to Lot. 6, Section 13, Block I in the Ault Cemetery. Motion carried
upon roll call.
The abstract for lots 9-10 MoGlenn Addition was being brought up to
date for the school who bought the same.

Mr. idmaier recommended a man for police dutyow-ho had peen In police
work at Ft.Lupton but after some uiscussion it was ueciaea not to hire
a man now.
