A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published September 30, 2009 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on October 13, 2009 at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana,that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
TOTAL for Cumulative Capital Development Fund: $ 70,000.00
Fund Name: 402 Cumulative Capital Development Fund
Major Budget Classification: 300 Other Services and Charges
(Resurfacing) $ 70,000.00
TOTAL for CCD Fund: $ 70,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 13th day of October 2009.
