RESOLUTION 21- 42-
WHEREAS, a need for major improvements in the Hamel Well
system were identified during Year IV of Community Devel-
ment Block Grant Funding, due to increased failure of the
only, existing well, and
WHEREAS, $16,900 was allocated in Year III for road up-
grading.
THEREFORE, the City of Medina requests the reallocation
of the Year III funds for _application to the improvement
of the Hamel Well system.
