A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~ •
~. LYNWOOD ACCEPTINGTHE LYNWOOD CITY PARK SPORT - -
- FIELDS FENCE CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS. ~ ~ ~ .
BEING. COMPLETE ~ .
" WHEREAS, on March 17; 1998, the City Council awarded a contract of
,,.~.,, . $54,730.00 to All-Pro Fence Company fore the Lynwood City Park Sport Fields Fence .
;> }Construction; and
WHEREAS, the project started on Apri16, 1998, and was completed on July 17,
1998; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $42,496.15; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans- and specifications.,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows: ,
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Lynwood City Park Spgrt~Fields :`
-Fence Construction, Project No. 5-5173, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately tipon its adoption.
