RESOLUTION NO. 78_2-
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEONARD L. SCHLOSSER, DIVISION
WHEREAS, Leonard L. Schlosser and Bernice Schlosser,
husband and wife have made application to sell the property described on Exhibit
A to:
Stephen Kariniemi and Ann Kariniemi, husband and wife
and
WHEREAS, the land described in Exhibit A is five acres in size;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Medina hereby approves
the division set forth in Exhibit A upon the following conditions:
(1) The applicants execute an easement to the City for street
and utility purposes over the land described on Exhibit B,
attached.
(2) The applicants shall pay the City 's Administrative Costs
in the amount of .3 o . 00 to cover e City' s out -of- ocket ex-

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
member Arthur Theis and upon vote being taken thereon,

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
