CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
OFFER FOR'STREET DEDICATION OF THE
" SOUTHERLY FIVE (5) FEET OF THE 'EASTERLY -

` STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP ~ ~ ~ ~ ,
REGORD,ED IN BOOK. 35, PAGES 43-44;
INCLUSIVE OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE ,
COUNTY RECORDER OF'`SAID COUNTY. -

WHEREAS, the development at ,3295 Euclid Avenue; in the City of Lynwood, is
` required to dedicate a 5 foot wide strip along Euclid Avenue for street widening ,
. purposes; and ~ - ~ '.
. WHEREAS, the City Counci! of the City of Lynwood has determined that said
easement is necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of thepublic; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the: City shall- be
served by accepting. said easement; .and
.WHEREAS, said, street dedication has been analyzed and approved by the City
.Engineer.
' NOW, THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
(. ' AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council.-accepts the dedication of said easement for street _ .
purposes from Julio Cesar Ortiz_and Esmeralda Flores; as described .below:
The southerly#ive (5) feet of the easterly half of lot 1132 of Tract No. 3025..in the
. City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,+State of California, as recorded in Book . ''
32, pages 43-44, in the office of the county recorder.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
