YES/NO, Explain. Yes. The site is the primary residence of Ms. Cloherty and the Home Occupation is an Accessory Use to the primary residence. A Special Permit was issued in 1970 where a finding had already been made that the site is appropriate for a Home Occupation use. 2. Will the proposed use/structures adversely affect the neighborhood? YES/NO, Explain. . No. The existing Home Occupation has been operating since 1970 (45 years) with no adverse affects to the neighborhood. The conditions of the original permit ensured the use would not impact the neighborhood and the proposed alteration of hours would similarly not have a negative impact on the neighborhood. 3. Is there potential for nuisance or serious hazards to vehicle or pedestrians? YES/NO, Explain. No.. The site is accessed via a legal driveway which can support the required two parking spaces per residential unit in addition to one, off-street parking for patients of the Home Occupation, 4. YES/NO, Explain, Y> The use has already been approved and findings have already been made the the site has proper facilities to support the Home Occupation and the proposed new hours could also be accommodated with the existing facilities.
