A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT
2521 SOUTH 23RD STREET, RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describe the property located at 2521 South 23rd Street, Richmond, Indiana as A-1 Agricultural District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation by adding a Planned Unite Development (PUD) District overlay to allow development of a single family residential PUD.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as follows:
the zoning designation of the property described herein is hereby changed by adding a Planned Unit Development (PUD) District overlay to allow development of a PUD.
the concept plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance.
The legal description of the subject property is North ½ of NW ¼ Sec 15, T13N, R1W, Except 1.55 Acres.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of December, 2000, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
