The Mayor called the meeti_g to ore.ernt 8:10
Burman,Burroughs, rtobinson,Schulz, ividmaier and Wood present.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Uct,2 were reau and approved.
The Mayor was asked to publish a notice of tae proposed budget being
at the Clerks office. The budget was to be voteu on at the Deoemcer
meeting.The clerk read the receipts of t he month.
The communications were read.
There was acomplaint about bicycles being thrown cat the sidewalks
in iront ofthe business places. The Mayor was to put a notice aoout

north part oi town.Motion carried.
The clerk was to get quotations on the price of a pump and installing
the same in the north west well.

Mayor Kurtz called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M.
Members present were: Burman, Burroughs, Robinson, Schulz, widmaier
&Wood.
Minutes of the regular meeting of November 0, were read and approved
as read
F.E.Starkey came oefore the Board asking why he was sent to the
Asylum and his property sold without his consent. Ile said that hr.
Schnepf who was the extra rrarshall at that time made the complaint.
The Board decided that as they did not know how the deal was handleu
that they would have to have there attorney investigate so as to
determine what their responsibility was if any and give them any
advice to take care of the matter.
