A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO TRANSFER FUND FROM WATERLINES
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO THE LYNWOOD CITY PARK
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER 5-5173
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Park Improvement Project is listed in the Capital
Improvement Schedule for FY1998-99 ;and
WHEREAS, certain water improvements were completed during the park project
construction; and
.WHEREAS, said water,improvements costed $48;000 and were charged this
project; and ~ ~ ~ ,

.WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer fund from the Water Lines Improvement
Project to replenish the Lynwood City Park Improvement Project budget...
NOW, THEREFORE, the City;Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order-and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the .
following funds appropriation and transfer;
