sent. The minutes of the regular meeting of JJecenber 4, 1951 were
read and approved as read.
The following companies -gave 1uotations on turbine pumps:
Repp Inc. Jacuzzi pump trp 1746.85 4 weeks delivery.
Oliver ► e11 ►'orks, reerless $2148.17, 200.00 for old pump, 1948.17
4-5 weeks delivery.
warner Inc. Denver, Layne -owier w 1995.39, 32.00 extra for stain-
less shaft, total 4 2127.39, 60 days delivery.
After some discussion and explunition from the company represent -
Ives, tidmaier moved, Rood seconded: To accept he bid from the
Oliver Well works on the peerless pump. All voted aye upon roll call.
There were two more letters from 1Jr. turkey about his troubles.

that the town should not have anything to do with the case as they
had no connections with the case.
Surman moved, Widmaier seconded: To grunt Sam Matsuda a deed to lots
2&3, Sec. 12, Blk. 2 in the .hult Cemetery. Lotion carried.
Robinson moved, Burman seconded: To order a new fire plug to be used
near the high school building. IJotion Carried.
It was deceided to have a new tank put into the rural fire truck as
soon as was possible. Paul Lear and Lester L.otaling were to go to
Denver to get bids from different tank Companies.
The board said that the Christmas lights might be left up if the
bulbs were taken out. Nothing was done about the light in the North
end of town.
The Clerk was to look up the ordinances about the different fines
and see how they could be raised on, street fighting and drunl ess,etc.
Rood moved, Jvidmaier seconded: To raise the wages of Paul -wear to,
4225.00 per month. Lotion carried upon roll call.
