CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 7 J7
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has by Resolution provided for the
sale of Lots 10, 11, 17 and 20, Block 6, Independence Beach, Hennepin
County, to Gary M. Lindgren; and
WHEREAS, the said Gary M. Lindgren accepts all of the conditions
of the sale of said land as set forth by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina to authorize and direct its Mayor and Clerk to execute the
Purchase Agreement on said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to convey the said
property to Gary M. Lindgren.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member G uUre41-' and, upon vote being taken thereon, the

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
