AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF MOAB OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
WHEREAS, the Goveming Body of the City of Moab and the Moab City Planning
Commission desire to make zone amendments to promote the health, safety, morals,
convenience, order, prosperity, and general welfare of the present and future inhabitants
of the City;
WHEREAS, Rhonda Bazil and Tom Todd, the owner of record of an approximate 1.94
acre tract of land located at 154 S.100 West , Moab, Utah, has applied to change the
zoning from C-3 to C-2; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Moab held a public hearing on
August 14, 2008, concerning the amendment of the City of Moab Official Zone Map to
reflect a zoning change for said property located at the above described location; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDINAINED by the City of Moab that effective upon the
signing of this Ordinance, the City of Moab Official Zone Map with its amended
boundary lines and zoning districts is declared to be an official record of the City and
shall be included as part of Title 17 of the Moab Municipal Zoning Ordinances and shall
reflect a zone change from C-3 to C-2 for the above described property.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of the City of Moab in open session
this 28th day of October, 2008.
